Power the Events That Shape Industries

Want a role where you work directly with customers, support live events, and help bring large-scale experiences to life- all inside a fast-growing SaaS company?

At PheedLoop, we build critical technology for the global events industry. From conferences and trade shows to hybrid and virtual experiences, our software powers high-impact events around the world. As one of Canada’s fastest-growing event technology companies, we design systems that simplify, automate, and monetize events, including self-check-in hardware, smart badges, and a powerful SaaS platform. We move fast. We listen to customers. We build quickly. And we care deeply about delivering real results.

We’re proud of what we’ve built and even more excited for what’s ahead. If you’re someone who embraces challenges, stays motivated to learn, and is ready to raise the bar for the industry, you’ll fit right in. Here, you won’t just work with cutting-edge technology; you’ll work alongside exceptional people with sharp minds, big ambition, and a drive to build something meaningful.

What Will My Impact Be?

At PheedLoop, events don’t just run on software- they run on exceptional operational execution and customer support. As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping customers successfully execute their events using PheedLoop’s technology and event hardware solutions. You’ll work closely with customers throughout their event journey, ensuring everything from hardware preparation to operational coordination and live support runs smoothly.

This role blends customer communication, technical troubleshooting, logistics coordination, and real-world event execution. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, solving problems in real time, and working directly with people while still being involved in operational execution behind the scenes. This is not a traditional customer support or call-center role. It’s a highly collaborative operational position inside a growing SaaS company where your work directly contributes to the success of live events globally!

Whether you’re helping prepare event kits, supporting customers onsite, troubleshooting hardware, or coordinating operational timelines; your impact will be visible immediately

Your Day-to-Day

You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful event execution across hundreds of events powered through PheedLoop. Responsibilities include:
Act as a key operational and support contact for customers throughout event preparation and execution
Support customers with event hardware setup, troubleshooting, and operational best practices
Coordinate outbound and return shipping logistics aligned with customer event timelines
Prepare and quality-check event kits, kiosks, badges, and consumables based on customer-specific requirements
Assist customers with navigating operational and technical event-related challenges in real time
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Support onsite event execution and customer coordination when required
Monitor timelines, shipment statuses, and operational readiness across multiple concurrent events
Develop expertise in PheedLoop’s event management software and hardware ecosystem
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational workflows internally
Periodic work after-hours and on weekends may occasionally be required during peak event periods. Advance notice is always provided.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

1+ year of experience in customer support, event operations, logistics coordination, implementation, hospitality, customer-facing operations, or related environments is preferred but not required
University, college, or post-secondary education required; Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Event Management, or related programs preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to support customers in a clear, professional, and approachable manner
Comfortable working with both technology and operational processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments
A proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership and adapt quickly
Interest in live events, operations, technology, or customer experience
Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

This Role Is Great For Someone Who

Enjoys working directly with customers while solving operational problems
Likes balancing communication, coordination, and hands-on execution
Wants exposure to SaaS operations, event technology, and live event environments
Thrives in fast-paced settings where no two days look exactly the same
Wants a role that combines business operations with real-world execution
Enjoys seeing their work directly impact customer success

Perks That Hit Different

🩺 Enjoy 100% employer-paid health coverage because your well-being matters.

🚇 Work from an office directly connected to the TTC subway, making your commute smooth and stress-free.

🍜 Join team lunches, learning opportunities, and company outings that make growth and networking part of the experience.

🚀 Be part of an ambitious, high-performance culture surrounded by people who love building big things.

🎤 Get exposure to major conferences, global brands, and large-scale live events powered through technology.

The Kind of People We’re Looking For

We’re looking for ambitious people who work hard, think big, solve problems fast, and know how to enjoy the journey along the way. On a small team like ours, your impact won’t be “someday” it’ll be immediate. You’ll take on real responsibility early, move quickly, and help power events experienced by thousands of attendees around the world. Your work at PheedLoop will matter from day one. Learn more about what it’s like to work at PheedLoop by visiting our Careers Page
