About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager and broader go-to-market team to execute marketing campaigns, generate leads, grow our digital presence, and tell the PheedLoop story.

This is an early-career, hands-on role where you'll get exposure to multiple areas of marketing rather than being limited to just one. You could be helping launch a paid campaign one day, analyzing its performance the next, updating our website, supporting an email campaign, or creating content for an upcoming product launch.

We're looking for someone who enjoys the creative side of marketing but is equally curious about the numbers behind it what worked, what didn't, and how we can improve.

What You'll Do

Digital Campaigns & Growth

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
Help run paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
Support lead-generation and nurturing campaigns through HubSpot
Track campaign performance and help identify opportunities to improve results
Participate in A/B testing of messaging, creative, targeting, and landing pages

Content & SEO

Create and support blog posts, email campaigns, product updates, customer stories, and marketing collateral
Contribute to SEO-focused content and keyword research
Help turn product and customer stories into engaging marketing content
Write clear, engaging copy across different marketing channels

Website & Analytics

Help manage and update our Webflow website
Monitor website traffic, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance
Use data to identify opportunities to improve CTAs, landing pages, content, and user journeys
Support reporting through tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot

Brand & Social

Help manage PheedLoop's presence across social channels
Create and schedule content in collaboration with the broader team
Contribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, events, and brand initiatives
Help maintain a consistent PheedLoop voice and brand across channels

What You Bring

Hands-on marketing experience through internships, co-ops, work experience, freelance work, or meaningful school/personal projects
Exposure to digital marketing areas such as campaigns, social media, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, website management, or analytics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity about why a campaign performs well and how marketing contributes to leads and business growth
Basic comfort working with data and spreadsheets
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
A self-starter mindset; you’re comfortable trying something, learning from it, and improving
A university or college degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

You do not need to be an expert in every area. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.

Bonus Points For

Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Webflow, or similar tools
Exposure to Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads
SEO or keyword research experience
Experience working with marketing metrics or campaign reporting
Basic web design or HTML/CSS knowledge
Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or the events industry
