Power the Events That Shape Industries
PheedLoop powers live events around the world. From intimate campus summits to major trade shows and conferences, we give organizers the tools to run smarter, more connected experiences like event check-in kiosks, badge printing, mobile apps, and engagement tools that work together as a single ecosystem.
We're one of Canada's fastest-growing event technology companies, and we're not slowing down. The brands and organizers trusting us with their biggest moments are growing every year, and so is our team! Learn more about what it’s like to work at PheedLoop by visiting our Careers Page. This is a 100% in-person role at our Toronto office.
About The Role
As a Growth Marketing Specialist at PheedLoop, you'll work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager and marketing team to help execute campaigns, generate leads, and tell our story across multiple channels.
In this role, you'll move across content, performance marketing, social, and analytics rather than being siloed into one function. It's well suited for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure, real responsibility, and a clear direction to grow. Over time, as your confidence and skill set develop, there's a genuine opportunity to take on more strategic ownership and step into a leadership capacity as our marketing team expands.
What You'll Do
Content & Campaigns
🩺 Enjoy 100% employer-paid health coverage, because your well-being matters.
🚇 Work from an office directly connected to the TTC subway, making your commute smooth and stress-free
🍜 Join team lunches, learning opportunities, and regular outings that make growth and networking part of the job.
🚀 Be part of an ambitious, high-performance culture surrounded by people who love building big things.
The Kind of People We’re Looking For
We’re looking for ambitious people who work hard, think big, solve problems fast, and know how to enjoy the journey along the way. If you’re someone who wants to grow personally and professionally, you’ll feel right at home here. On a small team like ours, your impact won’t be “someday”- it’ll be immediate. You’ll take on real responsibility early, move quickly, and help shape products used by events around the world. Your work at PheedLoop will matter from day one!
