- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Perform safety and security checks
- Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to building systems, appliances, and interior surfaces, and contact contractors or tradespeople for major repairs. Conduct safety and security checks, move heavy items, maintain outdoor areas, and clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Requirements
Requires a secondary school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 2 years of experience. The role calls for initiative, judgment, organization, reliability, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and physical capacity for demanding tasks involving heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
