Original job description

IMS Procurement Senior Executive

At Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), an affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), we are transforming our business to deliver a smoke-free future. Our transformation depends on people ready to learn, collaborate and challenge the status quo. At PMI, you'll be empowered to contribute, develop your capabilities and explore new career paths.

The Opportunity As Procurement Senior Executive, you will partner with Commercial, Smoke Free Products and Corporate Affairs to support category strategies and business requirements. You will lead sourcing, negotiations, supplier performance and risk management to improve value, resilience and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and deploy category strategies across Commercial, SFP and Corporate Affairs.
Identify and deploy price, productivity and performance-based initiatives (P4P).
Lead bidding and negotiations to optimize cost, quality and delivery.
Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, performance and improvement.
Develop contingency plans to reduce supplier and service-disruption risks.
Partner with stakeholders and procurement colleagues to simplify Source to Pay.
Support compliance with procurement policies, processes and systems.

Must-haves

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in Procurement, Management Consulting, Marketing, Finance or similar functions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.
Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
Commercially astute with organizational savvy.

Nice-to-haves

Category management, strategic sourcing and negotiation experience.
FMCG experience.
Experience in a multinational, matrix organization.
Tech-savvy and able to leverage AI in day-to-day work.

Rewards & Benefits We offer growth opportunities and a competitive total rewards package, which may include flexible work arrangements, health and wellness programs, incentives and benefits.

Salary: Starting at $106,848 Vacancy Status: This job posting is related to an existing vacancy.

Application Process Our selection process may include application review, recruiter conversation, hiring manager interview, role-specific assessment and final interview.

Equal Opportunities & Accessibility As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to a workplace where every individual feels welcomed, respected, valued and empowered.

We are committed to an accessible and inclusive workplace. If you require accommodation during recruitment, selection or employment, we will work with you to meet your needs and remove barriers. If you are unable to apply online or require recruitment accommodation, contact AODA.RBH@rbhinc.ca.

Use of Artificial Intelligence We use artificial intelligence in the form of algorithmic software in the application process to create efficiencies when sorting applicants and facilitate screening. The software does not engage in autonomous candidate rejection and requires human intervention when screening relevant applications.

Who We Are

RBH is a Canadian subsidiary of PMI. We are building our future on replacing cigarettes with smoke-free products that, while not risk-free, are a better alternative than cigarette smoking.
