Original job description

At Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), an affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), we're transforming our business to deliver a smoke-free future. We empower people to learn, collaborate, challenge the status quo and contribute to our smoke-free ambition.

We want everyone to feel the joy of belonging through a fair, inclusive and accessible hiring experience that welcomes diverse perspectives.

About The Role

As a Territory Executive, you will introduce and support RBH products and services across assigned retail accounts. You will build strong relationships, provide product education, execute territory activities, and help grow awareness of our smoke-free portfolio.

Impact You'll Own

Strengthen engagement with owners, managers, and frontline staff across assigned accounts.
Deliver effective product education and retail support across combustible and smoke-free brand families.
Execute territory plans, account coverage, agreements, and Call to Action activities.
Expand awareness of RBH's Smoke-Free Vision and support qualified consumer referrals.

What You'll Do

Introduce and support RBH products and services within your assigned territory.
Educate retail partners on brand families, programs, and available support.
Complete assigned coverage and activities while meeting agreement requirements.
Manage the assigned territory budget within established parameters.
Build a referral network for product education meetings with interested legal-age smokers.
Maintain strong relationships with owners, managers, and store personnel.

Skills & Capabilities

Must-haves

University degree, college diploma in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
One to five years of sales experience.
Strong organization, analytical thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively with limited supervision.
Clean driver's abstract. A company vehicle will be provided.

Nice-to-haves

Consumer packaged goods experience.
Knowledge of Salesforce.

Rewards & Benefits

Grow your expertise, business understanding and leadership capabilities. Employees receive a competitive total rewards package, which may include flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, incentives and benefits.

Salary: $75,816 plus a competitive bonus structure and benefits.

Vacancy Status: This job posting relates to an existing vacancy.

Application Process

The process may include application review, recruiter and hiring manager interviews, a role-specific assessment and a final interview.

Equal Opportunities & Accessibility

RBH is an equal opportunity employer committed to a welcoming, respectful and accessible workplace. If you require accommodation during recruitment, selection or employment, or cannot apply online, contact AODA.RBH@rbhinc.ca.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

We use algorithmic software to support applicant sorting and screening. It does not autonomously reject candidates and requires human intervention.

Who We Are

RBH is a Canadian subsidiary of PMI. We are building our future on replacing cigarettes with smoke-free products that, while not risk-free, are a better alternative than cigarette smoking.
