Responsibilities

The Chef de Partie is responsible for supervising kitchen staff and instructing cooks in food preparation, cooking, and presentation. They are also tasked with creating new recipes, planning menus, and ensuring all food meets quality standards.

Requirements

Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of professional experience. Proficiency in Italian cuisine and the ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment are required.
