Original job description

Join Pigment: The AI Platform Redefining Business Planning

Pigment is the AI-powered business planning and performance management platform built for agility and scale. We connect people, data, and processes in one intuitive, feature-rich solution, empowering every team - from Finance to HR - to build, adapt, and align strategic plans in real time.

Founded in 2019, Pigment is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies globally. Industry leaders like Unilever, Snowflake, Siemens, and DPD use Pigment daily to make more informed decisions and confidently navigate any scenario.

With a team of 600+ across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco and Austin, we've raised nearly $400M from top-tier investors and were named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Financial Planning Software.

At Pigment, we take smart risks, celebrate bold ideas, and challenge the status quo - all while working as one team. If you're driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to drive enablement strategy and execution across our North American Sales organization.

This is a high-impact role focused on improving seller performance, deal quality, and revenue outcomes. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and RevOps to identify gaps, design solutions, and scale programs that make our teams more effective at every stage of the sales cycle.

This role is focused on in-role enablement (not onboarding) - including training, coaching, sales methodology, and field readiness.

\nAdditional Responsibilities:

Own NAMER Enablement Strategy
Define and execute enablement priorities aligned to regional sales goals and pipeline targets
Build & Scale Programs
Design and deliver high-impact training programs across discovery (Command of The Message), MEDDICC, deal strategy, and executive communication
Improve Deal Execution
Partner with Sales Managers on deal reviews, pipeline inspection, and targeted coaching to increase win rates and deal quality
Enable Frontline Managers
Equip managers with the frameworks and tools they need to coach effectively and drive consistent execution
Own Sales Content & Playbooks
Develop and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and field resources; translate product messaging into actionable sales narratives
Use Data to Drive Impact
Analyze performance metrics (win rates, conversion, call quality, tool usage) to continuously improve enablement programs

Minimum Requirements:

5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or a related GTM role in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and methodologies (e.g., Command of The Message, Challenger Sale, sales Playbooks, MEDDICC, etc.)
Proven ability to design and deliver scalable enablement programs that impact revenue performance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working closely with Sales Leadership and frontline managers
Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect enablement to business outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams

How We Work:

Be real, be humble: We are generous with our feedback, open to change our views and we approach it with empathy knowing everyone is trying to do the best for Pigment.
Champion our Customers: We lead with empathy, solve what matters, and deliver clarity in a complex world to make our Customers heroes in their organizations

What We Offer:

Competitive compensation package
Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigment's growth
Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, & vision insurance coverage for you & your loved ones
We encourage you to take the time you need. When you work hard, we know you also need to rest, which is why we offer generous time off and parental leave policies
Trust and flexible working hours
Along with one company offsite every year, we have brand new offices at the heart of major cities including New York, Toronto, Austin, Paris, London and San Francisco
High-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditions
Employer-sponsored 401(k), enabling you to prepare for retirement
Remote-friendly environment
