Full Stack Developer

PiiComm Inc. is a Canadian technology leader specializing in enterprise mobility, lifecycle management, and intelligent automation solutions. Our R&D team builds modern applications that improve internal operations and customer outcomes.

PiiComm is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our growing R&D team. You will own deliverables from concept through deployment, building production-ready applications in Azure with modern frameworks and AI-assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET/C#, Vue 3, Node.js, Python and PowerShell.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, back-end services, and relational and/or NoSQL database solutions.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications and supporting services in Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for internal and customer reporting.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality and security.
• Own deliverables end to end, translating business requirements into technical designs and working software with the R&D Team Lead.
• Apply secure coding practices, write tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to prototyping and continuous improvement.

Required skills & experience

• 5+ years developing .NET/C#, Node.js, and/or Python applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Vue 3 or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Agile development and Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/ML integration or automation frameworks.
• Experience with GitHub and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex).
• Security clearance, or eligibility for one.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 8:30AM – 4:30PM, off hours may be required based on business and/or client needs

Reporting to: Our office is located east of Ottawa in Plantagenet, ON, successful candidate must be able to be onsite at least 3 days per week.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

3 weeks vacation

5 paid personal days
