The Stores Keeper/Stores Clerk is responsible for the receipt, storage, control, and distribution of materials required to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including raw materials, packaging components, maintenance spare parts, consumables, and other inventory items. The role ensures inventory accuracy, material availability, regulatory compliance, and efficient warehouse operations while supporting Production, Maintenance, and other business functions. The incumbent also works closely with Procurement to manage the sourcing and replenishment of maintenance spare parts, ensuring the availability of critical components.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, stores, or logistics operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, regulated, or industrial environment is considered an asset.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory control processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and perform physical warehouse duties
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions within the ERP/inventory management system.
- Store, label, and organize materials in accordance with company procedures and GMP requirements.
- Receive, store, handle, transport, and issue Dangerous Goods in compliance with applicable regulations, company procedures, safety requirements, and training certifications; maintain required documentation and ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of hazardous materials.
- Issue materials to Production, Maintenance, and other departments as required.
- Manage inventory of maintenance spare parts, tools, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities to ensure critical materials and spare parts are available when needed.
- Perform cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper stock rotation practices, including FIFO and FEFO where applicable.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Complete all documentation accurately and support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
