  • Complete drawing revisions based on technical markups and project team direction.
  • Maintain organized CAD drawings, templates, details, and project files in line with Pinchin standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage priorities, identify drawing issues, and support accurate, timely project delivery.

What You’ll Bring To Pinchin

You bring a strong foundation in technical drafting and enjoy turning technical information into clear, accurate drawings. You may already have experience in Building Science, architectural, construction, or engineering drafting, or you may be looking for an opportunity to apply your AutoCAD skills while developing your knowledge of Building Science.

  • Diploma or certificate in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Building Engineering Technology, CAD/Drafting Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD to prepare and edit technical drawings.
  • Experience with architectural, structural, building envelope, restoration, or construction-related drawings, with an understanding of building components and construction terminology, is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment, with a willingness to learn building science concepts, technical standards, and new drafting tools.
  • A valid driver’s licence, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle may be required depending on project needs. Work-related travel expenses will be reimbursed, as applicable.
