This is a senior leadership role for an experienced OHS professional who wants more than just managing projects. At Pinchin, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team, influence how we deliver our services, and play a key role in shaping the growth of our Occupational Health & Safety practice in BC.

- Clear path for growth – this role is positioned as a step toward more senior leadership (e.g., Operations Manager / Director)
- Variety and impact – work across industrial hygiene, safety programs, compliance, and training
- A better consulting model – hybrid work, flexible hours, and a focus on sustainable delivery
At Pinchin, we empower our people uphold unwavering principles and work with purpose to create better outcomes for our clients, communities, and environments.

We also recognize that consulting can sometimes carry a reputation for long hours and limited flexibility - that’s not how we operate. Our team works in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work from home when project demands allow. We support flexible working hours wherever possible, and when overtime is required, we aim to provide options for paid overtime or time in lieu. Our goal is to create a sustainable, supportive environment that allows our team to deliver high-quality work while maintaining strong work-life balance.
