What you bring to the Pinchin team

College diploma in Environmental, Construction, or Architectural Technology, or a BSc / BASc in Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience with building construction or maintenance considered an asset
Entry-level or three to five years of practical hazardous materials experience, including asbestos, mould, lead, and PCBs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-directed, mature, and highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and reports
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle; able to travel to client sites
Availability to work outside core business hours, including occasional weekends
