Conduct advanced technical analyses to optimize product performance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency while addressing complex design challenges.
Conduct and oversee design-related failure analyses, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures to improve product quality and reliability.
Provide technical leadership during design reviews, guide decision-making, develop prototypes for testing, and ensure compliance with project objectives and customer requirements.
Collaborate with mechanical and manufacturing engineers throughout the product development process.
Oversee technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
Actively participate in electrical test validation activities as part of manufacturing engineering.

Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, CSA) and regulatory requirements related to transformers or their components is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
