Direct quality assurance experience in pharmaceutical and/or industrial chemical warehousing, distribution or logistics.
Strong knowledge of regulated product handling, documentation, traceability, SOPs, audits, CAPA and inventory controls.
Proven leadership of warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, Microsoft Office and KPI-based performance management.
Knowledge of Ontario workplace health and safety requirements; Lean, Six Sigma or continuous-improvement experience is an asset.
Postsecondary education in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field is preferred, along with a valid driver’s licence.

Why Join

A genuinely caring, people-focused workplace culture.
A visible leadership role with direct influence on operations and quality.
Meaningful growth and professional-development opportunities within an expanding organization.
Competitive annual salary of $100,000–$150,000, based on experience, qualifications and overall fit.
