Job Description:
Seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Functional Consultant to support an international SAP Core Model rollout. The consultant will act as the primary functional interface between the central SAP team and local business stakeholders, supporting country deployment from Fit-Gap analysis through go-live and hypercare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance rollout and localization.
- Lead Fit-Gap workshops and gather local Finance requirements.
- Provide functional expertise in SAP FI and working knowledge of SAP CO.
- Coordinate local statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
- Manage master data collection, cleansing, enrichment and migration activities.
- Prepare and execute UAT, including test scenarios and test data.
- Support end-user training, change management, go-live and hypercare.
- Coordinate between local Finance stakeholders and the central implementation team.
Required Skills:
- Strong SAP FI experience and working knowledge of SAP CO.
- Previous SAP S/4HANA implementation and international rollout experience.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and data migration.
- Experience with Fit-Gap analysis, UAT and business workshops.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent French and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site.
Note: This is a functional/business-facing role. No SAP customizing or development is required.
