Position: SAP Finance Consultant
Location: On-site, Canada (near Montreal)

Seeking a Finance Consultant for on-site deployment in Canada as part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout program.

Language Requirements
- Fluent French
- Fluent English
- High mobility required - regular travel and multi-week on-site stays
Required SAP Skills
- SAP FI and SAP CO (Record-to-Report)
- Strong FI focus, with limited CO scope
- Working knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
Role Objective
Serve as functional expert and AMOA interface between the central program team and local business teams, supporting deployment of the SAP Core Model within the local subsidiary.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end country rollout: onboarding, fit-to-core, UAT, go-live, and hypercare
- Conduct local Fit & Gap analyses
- Identify and escalate local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements; ensure coverage within the Core Model
- Lead local workshops and interviews with key users
- Assess local specificities and organizational maturity
- Prepare and execute UAT - adapt test scenarios and prepare test data
- Lead master data activities (collection, cleansing, enrichment) and support data migration (rehearsals, mock runs, validations)
- Train local end users and support change management through hypercare
- Act as local AMOA / single point of contact (SPOC) for the local sponsor (CEO, COO, CFO), key users, and the central team
- No customizing or development work required
Required Profile
- Proven experience on SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
- Experience with rollout/localization projects, ideally in an international or multi-country environment
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging directly with business teams and local sponsors
- High autonomy and ability to work independently within client teams on-site
