We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist - Fulfillment

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Supply Chain Specialist - Fulfillment to drive our project fulfillment strategy. In this role, you will evaluate project feasibility and deliver operational roadmaps that empower our operations team. Based in our Montreal office in a hybrid capacity, you will serve as the link between account management, procurement, and production - leveraging real-time dashboards to analyze timeline feasibility and ensure plan accuracy. The ideal candidate excels at interpreting complex data, navigating ERP platforms, and driving execution under demanding, fast-paced deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

Fulfillment Planning & Feasibility

• Evaluate, validate, and respond to incoming sales inquiries by analyzing material lead times and inventory availability.
• Develop and refine clear operational roadmaps that support tight tour and event schedules while ensuring project feasibility.
  
  

Dashboard & Data Analysis

• Interpret operational dashboards and data metrics in Salesforce and Google Sheets to spot potential bottlenecks early and deliver accurate fulfillment timelines.
  
  

System Execution & Tracking

• Maintain accurate material lead times, delivery windows, and status updates directly in Salesforce and Rootstock (ERP).
• Track order flows line-by-line to ensure supplier delivery targets align with unyielding event dates.
  
  

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Work closely with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to confirm component availability, handle urgent requests, and explore expedited options when needed.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or order coordination (experience in live events, entertainment, or fast-paced logistics is a plus).
• Education: University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Rootstock, SAP, NetSuite, Odoo), Salesforce, and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Data Literacy: Strong ability to read, interpret, and extract insights from operational dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Thrives Under Pressure: Calm, organized, and decisive when handling last-minute project shifts and fast-moving event timelines.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail when checking dates, quantities, and line items.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid based in Montreal, QC (no travel required).
