Role Summary
The Fulfillment Technician prepares and processes equipment returns, carries out inventory transactions, and ensures quantity accuracy for all shipped and received equipment for each order.
Main Responsibilities

You’ll need to be fluent in English (written & spoken), as day-to-day work involves international clients - US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and more.

We’re looking for an Fulfillment Technician
Role Summary
The Fulfillment Technician prepares and processes equipment returns, carries out inventory transactions, and ensures quantity accuracy for all shipped and received equipment for each order.
Main Responsibilities
Equipment Preparation, Shipping & Returns
- Prepare equipment in roadcases for event shipping.
- Unpack equipment upon return from events.
- Perform quality control checks.
- Validate quantities of shipped and received equipment.
- Follow up with production regarding any unreturned equipment.
- Oversee the management and organization of the department's roadcase space.
- Process inventory transactions related to rental equipment.
- Ensure inventory accuracy in collaboration with the Project Coordinator.
- Write documentation and procedures related to outbound and inbound equipment.
- Participate in the annual inventory audit.
- Provide top-notch service to other internal departments.
- Experience in order preparation and inventory management.
- Knowledge of safe material handling practices.
- Forklift driving experience/certification.
- Comfort working with inventory management software systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities
Prepare equipment for event shipments, process returns, perform quality checks, and verify quantities of shipped and received equipment. Manage rental inventory transactions, organize roadcase storage, maintain procedures and documentation, and support the annual inventory audit.
Requirements
Candidates should have experience preparing orders and managing inventory, knowledge of safe material handling, and comfort using inventory management software. Forklift driving experience or certification, strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and fluent written and spoken English are sought.
