Graphic Designer

About PixMob

PixMob creates magical experiences for live events around the world ✨. You might have seen 60,000 fans light up at the Super Bowl or at a Coldplay concert. Our mission? To spark joy and unforgettable memories for every fan.

We work with international artists, event organizers, sports teams, and brands to make every event extra special. At PixMob, innovation and design are in our DNA. From rapid prototyping to mass manufacturing, we craft cutting-edge wireless tech right at our Montreal HQ. And we care about the planet 🌱 - we fight single-use plastics and use recycled or compostable materials wherever we can.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (Maternity Leave Replacement - 15-Month Contract)

Note: Includes a 2-month overlap at the start of the mandate (December 2026 to early February 2027) to ensure a smooth transition.

Role Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing high-quality content assets that span digital, print, and other mediums - to support PixMob’s marketing, sales enablement, and brand initiatives across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

Create effective digital and print visuals for a wide range of assets, including product catalogues, spec sheets, presentations, client visuals, web content, advertisements, physical merch, product materials, marketing materials, and social media.
Support product marketing and sales initiatives by producing clear, accurate, and visually compelling customer-facing materials.
Ensure brand and creative consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
Apply and maintain brand guidelines with precision and attention to detail.
Create digital and print materials for conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Production & Project Management

Prepare and send proofs to clients and internal stakeholders.
Process client and internal artwork into print-ready files with a high level of accuracy.
Lead the sourcing, budgeting, and vendor coordination for company merchandise, ensuring cost-effective production without compromising on design quality or brand standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate timelines to meet production and delivery deadlines.
Provide quick turnaround on revisions and updates in response to evolving project needs and tight deadlines.
Incorporate feedback from colleagues and clients while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
Produce design projects within or under budget constraints.
Maintain organized digital files and archives that are clearly titled, accessible, and up to date.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, HR, and production teams to translate business needs into effective visual solutions.
Communicate project status and priorities with project managers using internal platforms.

What we’re looking for

A degree or college diploma in graphic design, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work effectively across teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
The ability to perform well in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Openness to feedback and a continuous desire to learn and grow.
A high level of creativity, precision, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

Experience with 3D rendering software and/or presenting 3D products.
Experience in video editing and basic motion graphics.
Experience designing exhibit graphics for trade show booths.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and current web design trends.

Languages & Inclusivity

You’ll need to be fluent in English (written & spoken), as day-to-day work involves international collaborators.

Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture 💜. We welcome and value candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Our job posting uses simplified grammar to make it easier to read across languages and is not intended to exclude or favor any gender.

Join us to help build a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered ✨.

Thanks for your interest in PixMob and this role! Only selected candidates will be contacted.
