Supervise siding installers, apprentices, helpers, labourers, and insulators while coordinating and scheduling work and overseeing apprenticeship training. Prepare reports, set up equipment, estimate costs and materials, ensure safety compliance, read blueprints, and order supplies.
Requirements
Requires a high school graduation certificate or equivalent experience and 2 to less than 3 years of experience. Candidates need working-at-heights training, a valid driver's licence, their own transportation, and willingness to travel; the role also requires strong communication, organization, and reliability.
