AI Trainer - Legal

Summary

Use your legal expertise to assess AI-generated legal work, develop realistic legal scenarios, and help train next-generation AI systems to reason more effectively across legal and regulatory domains.

Responsibilities:

• Create realistic legal scenarios based on professional experience
• Review and evaluate AI-generated legal memos, contract redlines, compliance analyses, and legal research
• Compare AI-generated outputs and identify errors, risks, and omissions
• Develop evaluation criteria and grading rubrics
• Provide detailed feedback on legal reasoning, authority application, and drafting quality

Requirements:

• 2+ years of legal experience
• Experience in at least one of the following: (Litigation, Corporate & Commercial Law, M&A & Transactions, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Tax Law, Real Estate Law, Legal Operations)
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills

Preferred Backgrounds:

• JD, LLB, or equivalent law degree
• Bar admission (preferred but not required)
• Experience with legal research and drafting
• Experience reviewing contracts and advising on risk
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs)
