AI Trainer - Life Science

Summary

Use your real-world scientific or clinical expertise to assess AI-generated analyses, experimental designs, biological interpretations, clinical decisions, and research outputs. You'll help train AI systems to reason more effectively across life sciences and healthcare domains.

Responsibilities:

• Design realistic scientific and clinical scenarios based on professional experience
• Evaluate AI-generated research, analyses, protocols, and recommendations
• Compare AI outputs and identify scientific inaccuracies, reasoning gaps, and missed insights
• Develop grading criteria and evaluation rubrics
• Provide detailed feedback grounded in scientific evidence and professional standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a Life Sciences-related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
• Ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly
• Experience working independently and managing self-directed projects
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms

• Drug Discovery & Translational Science
• Computational Biology & Bioinformatics
• Experimental Biology
