AI Trainer - STEM

Summary

We're looking for experienced STEM professionals to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems by testing how they perform on real-world scientific and engineering challenges.

Responsibilities:

• You'll create realistic technical scenarios based on your professional experience and assess how frontier AI models respond. This could include:
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Experimental design and validation
• Engineering calculations and design reviews
• Failure investigations and root cause analyses
• Technical reporting and documentation
• Simulation review and verification
• You'll compare AI-generated outputs against professional standards, identify errors, and help build more capable and reliable AI systems.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of practical experience in: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written English
• Experience working with real-world data, experiments, testing, simulations, or technical documentation
• Familiarity with Python, MATLAB, R, or similar tools is a strong advantage
• Experience using AI/LLM tools
