Business Analyst – Junior

Location: Toronto, ON – Up to 1 day onsite per week

Contract: 1 Year + Extensions

Only candidates legally eligible to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship will be contacted

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support business operations, client onboarding, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and digital health initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced operational environment, supporting clients and partners, maintaining data integrity, and executing business processes within defined service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for business services, including managing client requests, incidents, partner inquiries, and escalations within established SLA timelines.
Support client onboarding and adoption activities, including client engagement, communication, coordination, and enablement.
Execute Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational processes, including user registration, enrolment, authentication, authorization, and security configuration support.
Support communication and engagement activities related to onboarding, adoption, and change initiatives.
Analyze and execute business processes while identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and operational support materials.
Support testing of new features and conduct client/health validation activities in lower environments.
Maintain a strong focus on data integrity, data quality, and accuracy across operational processes.
Work collaboratively with clients, partners, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support business needs.
Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment while meeting established timelines and service levels.

Must-Have Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, digital health, technology, or a similar operational environment.
Hands-on experience with client support and client onboarding.
Strong understanding of data integrity and data quality principles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with operational data.
Experience communicating with clients, partners, and stakeholders in an operational environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work within SLA-driven environments.
Demonstrated experience interpreting, analyzing, and executing business processes.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills

Experience working in a digital health or healthcare technology environment.
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, dashboards, reporting systems, or data analytics.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
Experience working within an Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework.
Experience supporting change management, adoption, or technology implementation initiatives.
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Deliverables
Effective operational support for business services, ensuring client requests, incidents, and escalations are managed within established service levels.
Successful coordination and support of client onboarding and adoption activities.
Accurate execution of IAM operational processes, including registration, enrolment, authorization, and security-related configuration support.
Accurate maintenance and validation of operational data.
Contributions to process improvement initiatives and development of clear process documentation.
Support for testing, validation, and implementation of new features and operational enhancements.
