I’m looking for an IBM Maximo Consultant with deep, hands-on configuration and implementation experience for a major enterprise implementation in Toronto.
This is a highly specialized Maximo role. We need someone who has actually configured and implemented Maximo, not solely worked with it as an end user, super user, or Project Manager.
Must-have experience:
10+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo configuration experience, including:
- Organizations and site setup
- Application Designer
- Database Configuration
- Security Groups
- Related Maximo configuration
3+ full-cycle Maximo implementations as a Maximo Application Consultant
Deep experience configuring end-to-end Work Management, including:
- Service Request (SR) to Work Order (WO) lifecycle
- Job Plans, Preventive Maintenance and Work Types
- Planning, scheduling, execution, and completion
- Vendor/contractor and follow-on work
Strong knowledge of the Maximo data model, including:
- Assets and Locations
- Classifications and Meters
- PM hierarchies and Job Plan structures
We’re especially interested in candidates who also bring hands-on experience with Maximo data migration, ERP integrations, SAP/SAP BTP, SIT/UAT, defect triage, go-live/hyper care and integration specifications.

Responsibilities
Configure and implement IBM Maximo for a major enterprise project, including core system setup and end-to-end work management processes. Support related implementation activities such as data migration, ERP integrations, testing, defect triage, go-live, hypercare, and integration specifications.
Requirements
Requires 10+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo configuration experience and participation as a Maximo Application Consultant in at least three full-cycle implementations. Candidates must have deep work management and Maximo data model expertise; experience with data migration, ERP/SAP integrations, testing, and go-live support is also valued.
