ABOUT US

At iGuide, we build technology that helps people see and understand the world’s spaces more clearly.

We are the creators of iGuide, a powerful property technology solution that combines immersive 3D tours, accurate floor plans and reliable spatial data into a single, easy-to-use system. Our cameras and software platform are used by professionals in real estate, insurance, construction and property management to simplify their work and deliver better results.

iGuide recently joined REA Group, one of the world’s leading digital property companies. REA operates Australia’s largest residential and commercial property platforms, including realestate.com.au and has a growing global footprint across Asia and North America. Together, we are shaping the future of property technology, combining iGuide's deep spatial data expertise with REA’s global scale and innovation engine.

We’re looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join the iGuide IT team and take ownership of our core IT systems and processes. Reporting to our Sr. Manager, IT & InfoSec, this is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving technical problems, and values a proactive, learning-focused approach. You’ll own identity and access, endpoint and SaaS administration, and support for a globally distributed team with a large engineering group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including SSO, SCIM provisioning to SaaS applications, Conditional Access, and MFA. •Manage least-privilege access across developer and cloud platforms (e.g., GitHub, AWS IAM, password management). •Build and maintain macOS and Windows endpoints, managed through MDM (e.g., Jamf, Intune). •Manage internal systems, network, and infrastructure, including firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPN. •Own high-volume, multi-region onboarding and offboarding, working closely with HR. •Support compliance (e.g., SOC 2), including access reviews, audit evidence, and patching. •Maintain asset, licence, and SaaS management systems, and manage vendor relationships. •Automate repetitive tasks and integrate SaaS tools to reduce manual work. •Troubleshoot escalated issues across endpoints, software, and infrastructure. •Own IT projects end to end and mentor junior IT staff and co-op students. •Document systems and procedures in our knowledge base.

KEY COMPETENCIES

•Proactive, strategic approach to solving technical problems. •Explains technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues. •Strong organization and project management across multiple priorities. •Comfortable working alongside software developers and their tooling. •Security-minded: applies least privilege and safe practices by default. •Keen to learn new tools, with high standards for documentation.

QUALIFICIATIONS

•3–7 years of experience in systems administration or a similar IT infrastructure role. •Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration, including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access. •Experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints, including provisioning and MDM. •Strong grasp of identity and access management, SaaS administration, and networking. •Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

•ITSM platform experience (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow); Atlassian admin is an asset. •Jamf, including Declarative Device Management (DDM). •Scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) and SaaS integrations. •GitHub and AWS IAM administration. •SOC 2 or similar compliance experience. •Supporting distributed teams across time zones. •Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).

WE OFFER:

100% employer-paid flexible benefits plan
Comprehensive Health & Dental coverage
Health Spending Account (HSA) or Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) options
3% DPSP match
Hybrid Work Environment
Professional Development Incentive

The backing of a global industry leader through REA Group

If you’re excited about building technology that makes property decisions smarter and more connected, we’d love to hear from you.
