About Us

All-Equip is a family-owned manufacturer with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit: if it moves, hauls, or solves a problem in the transportation sector, we’ll find a way to build it. Founded in 2011, we’ve grown into a recognized leader in both trailer manufacturing and heavy equipment repair and service, and it’s that repair experience that gives us a real edge. We’ve seen what fails in the field, what holds up under pressure, and what the competition consistently gets wrong. That knowledge is baked into everything we do.

The Role

As a member of our 310T team, you'll work across a genuinely diverse range of equipment. Standard fleet maintenance is part of the job, but you'll also gain experience working on custom and specialty equipment. You'll perform or assist with inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs while working alongside a skilled team of technicians.

Beyond repair and service work, you'll have opportunities to participate in trailer assembly and manufacturing support, providing valuable insight into how equipment is designed and built from the ground up. Whether you're an apprentice developing your trade or a licensed technician expanding your expertise, you'll be exposed to a wide variety of equipment, systems, and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on trucks, trailers, and tractors.
  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain work orders and service records.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements.
  • Assist with shop maintenance and additional duties as required.
  • Licensed technicians will mentor apprentices and support their development.

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience with trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read technical documentation and service manuals.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Additional certifications are considered an asset.
