What We're Looking For
We're not necessarily looking for an engineer. We're looking for someone who has "been there and done that" on the production floor, understands the challenges faced by manufacturing teams, and can work effectively with engineers to develop practical, efficient solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled manufacturing professional who wants to move into a more technical and collaborative role while remaining closely connected to production operations.
