Job Scope

The Senior Manager, Revenue, Growth and Strategy is responsible for driving revenue growth through various channels including In-terminal sales conversations and digital engagement across our lounge footprint in Canada. In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategies and local commercial execution. You will work closely with Business Development, Loyalty, Sales and Operations. You will design, scale, and accelerate go-to-market initiatives that capture high-value travelers, including corporate accounts, premium credit card cardholders, independent walk-ins, and airline partners. Your ultimate goal is to optimize yield per square foot while maintaining a world-class hospitality experience. This role requires a proactive change agent who can influence stakeholders, challenge the status quo, build organizational alignment, and successfully drive the adoption of new strategies and initiatives across multiple functions.

Responsabilities

Go-to-Market & Campaign Acceleration

Optimize Customer Acquisition: Design and execute multi-channel marketing and commercial campaigns targeting premium travelers, business networks, and frequent flyers to boost lounge visits.
Partner Co-Marketing: Collaborate with sales on major financial institutions (premium credit cards), global airline alliances, and luxury brands to scale joint marketing plays and loyalty integrations.
Commercial Performance & Revenue Optimization: Partner with revenue management to run targeted, localized digital campaigns during off-peak hours or at underutilized hub locations.

Commercial Operations & Program Scaling

Lounge Portfolio Execution: Turn corporate marketing playbooks into actionable toolkits for regional operations teams, ensuring consistent global branding and standardized commercial execution.
B2B & Corporate Channel Growth: Build operational pipelines that enable sales teams to easily sell lounge access passes, corporate memberships, and event buyouts to multinational enterprises.
Funnel Analytics: Build and track comprehensive dashboards tracking marketing ROI, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), ancillary spend per guest (e.g., premium dining upgrades, spa bookings), and partner referral volumes.

Business Transformation & Strategic Alignment

Digital Guest Experience: Collaborate with Product and Digital Marketing teams to accelerate the adoption of digital pre-booking tools, mobile app features, and personalized pre-travel marketing touchpoints.
Strategic Alignment: Serve as the central point of contact connecting Global Brand Marketing, Procurement, Operations, and Regional Commercial Leads.

Market Intelligence: Monitor global and local travel trends, competitor networks, and changing passenger demographics to proactively shift commercial tactics.

Requirements

6+ years in commercial strategy, growth marketing, or partnership management within premium hospitality, airlines, luxury travel, or loyalty program management.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel ecosystem, including corporate travel management companies (TMCs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and airline loyalty architectures.
Analytical Thinking: Proven track record of leveraging customer data platforms (CDPs) and analytics toolsets to segment travelers and run targeted promotional campaigns.
Global Mindset: Experience navigating complex cross-border partnerships, multi-currency models, and culturally diverse market dynamics.
Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing budgets, evaluating ROI, supporting sales growth initiatives, and translating strategic opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
Communication: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to pitch to high-level corporate partners and align global stakeholders.
