Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This role supports business decision-making by providing accurate financial information and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. 
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. 
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. 
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial metrics. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. 
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close processes. 
• Support audits and work with external auditors and financial institutions. 
• Develop financial models and business analysis. 
• Partner with department leaders to manage budgets and control costs. 
• Develop robust business cases and financial models to support strategic investments, operational initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Provide financial analysis and commercial support for contract bids, including pricing, profitability assessment, risk evaluation, and proposal development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial services or dealership environments is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
