Plogg’s values
- Respect: Without respect, nothing is possible.

- Discipline: Discipline leads us to success drop by drop. It makes us enjoy success.
- Creativity: As Disney said, if you can dream it you can do it. So we keep dreaming.
- Audacity: Many people told us it wouldn’t work, we didn’t believe them and it did!
- Perseverance and tenacity: Success is within our reach, sometimes a day’s effort away. Despite failures, we keep moving forward.
- Integrity: Doing the right thing when no one is looking. This is what we do every day.
- Team spirit: Alone we go faster, together we go further. Together we have fun, even in adversity.
