Original job description

Employment Type:

Permanent

Job Description:

You’ll own a portfolio of airline partners and help turn strong relationships into measurable revenue growth. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking, data, and thoughtful partner leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll own a portfolio of six to eight airline partners, helping them improve performance and grow revenue against annual and three-year financial targets. You’ll analyze revenue data, turn trends into clear recommendations, and co-author strategic account plans with senior partner stakeholders. Around 30% of your time will involve travel across the region to lead in-person quarterly business reviews, share technical insights, and uncover new opportunities, while coordinating internal teams to deliver on account priorities. AI-connected tools will help compile partner research and map account plans, giving you more time to build consensus, handle objections, and deliver thoughtful strategy.

What You Bring

Experience managing strategic B2B accounts, ideally in travel, hospitality, or hotel revenue management, with exposure to complex enterprise relationships.
An analytical storytelling mindset, with the ability to work with spreadsheets or financial data, synthesize trends, forecast revenue, and present clear growth narratives to senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about products and partner businesses, along with an adaptable communication style that helps you guide technical conversations and negotiate value across cultures and time zones.
Self-reliance and strong organization, with the ability to manage competing priorities, align cross-functional teams, and keep account timelines moving with minimal hand-holding.
A demonstrated record of replacing recurring manual work with connected AI workflows, improving those workflows over time, creating reusable tools or processes, and applying sound judgment to AI outputs before they reach a partner.

Why Plusgrade

Travel is about the moments that make a journey feel personal. At Plusgrade, we build the technology that makes those moments possible, from upgrade offers and loyalty experiences to revenue tools used by 575+ airline, hospitality, cruise, rail, and financial services partners worldwide.

The work is global, complex, and rewarding. You will solve meaningful problems, take ownership from idea to outcome, and work alongside people who are smart, curious, and committed to doing great work.

We also give our teams access to AI tools and the encouragement to use them thoughtfully, to move faster, explore ideas, and build better ways of working.

We trust our teams to do their best work. That means autonomy, flexibility, and room to grow.

Come help us shape the future of travel.
