Job Description:
You will help build a global intelligence platform, turning travel, loyalty, and customer data into AI products that improve traveller experiences and create value for our partners. This is an end-to-end product role at the intersection of product strategy, data science, and commercial outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll define long-term AI product strategy and annual roadmaps, turning business opportunities into clear priorities and measurable outcomes. You'll connect customer and partner needs with Data Science, Data, Engineering, UX, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams, from product requirements through delivery. You'll lead scalable AI capabilities and experimentation infrastructure, then track KPIs, model performance, and product adoption to continuously improve the solutions. In an environment where AI is part of everyday work, teams use tools and models thoughtfully, design lightweight evaluations, and learn faster without losing sight of quality, safety, and customer value.
What You Bring
- You have demonstrated experience managing AI, machine learning, or advanced predictive analytics products, evaluating their performance and making thoughtful choices among models and technical approaches. You bring at least 2 years in this type of product work and 5+ years of software product management experience overall.
- You bring experience in a domain such as travel technology, loyalty programs, marketplace dynamics, or fintech, along with a genuine interest in the travel space.
- You understand the architecture of machine learning pipelines, data platforms, and APIs, are comfortable with SQL, and can clarify technical trade-offs with engineering teams.
- You have designed, run, and scaled complex experimentation frameworks, including A/B and bandit testing, to validate model and product performance.
- You start with customer needs, turn them into clear product requirements, align multidisciplinary teams, and connect technical decisions to ROI and strategic value.
