PMC Energy PEI , is hiring an HVAC Service Technician in Charlottetown, PEI.

We’re looking for someone who wants to take on difficult work, sharpen their skills, and earn a reputation people can count on.

Someone who takes pride in finding the root cause. Who follows through. Who can admit when they don’t know something - and puts in the work to learn it.

Our work is commercial and industrial HVAC. Equipment breaks. Customers depend on us. Your decisions matter.

Here’s what we expect:

• Show up prepared and do what you said you would do.

• Diagnose the problem. Verify the repair.

• Work safely, even when the pressure is on.

• Finish the details: documentation, cleanup, and customer communication.

• Back up your teammates and share what you know.

• Own your mistakes and correct them.

• When the job calls for long hours, we put them in. We work safely, pull together, and stay with it until the job is done.

You don’t need to know everything. You do need the drive to get better and the discipline to follow through.

Experienced technicians: bring your skills and help raise the standard.

Apprentices: bring your work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to be coached.

Our responsibility is to give you clear expectations, honest feedback, and support when you need it. Yours is to put in the work.
