Original job description

At Poka, we're changing how the world's industrial teams work - capturing the knowledge of their best people and putting it in every operator's hands.

Our connected worker platform is purpose-built for manufacturing and the wider industrial world, with industrial AI inside the shift, not on top of it. The result: frontline performance that becomes compounding knowledge and measurable impact - every shift, every site, every region.

We're proud to support global leaders like Nestlé, Bosch, Mars, and Danone across 3,000+ sites in 70+ countries. And as a fast-growing part of the IFS family, you'll join a team whose daily work directly shapes the platform behind how modern manufacturing gets done.

We’ve built a GTM stack most companies our size would envy. Now we need the GTM engineer who’ll make it sing. You’ll be our first, and the one who sets what good looks like.

Role overview

As our GTM Engineer, you'll make AI central to how Poka goes to market. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales and Customer Success, you'll find where AI can remove manual work, connect our tools and help our people sell to and serve customers better.

You'll own the full loop: spotting the opportunity, testing it fast, building what works and embedding it into how our teams operate every day. That means automating and integrating our GTM stack - Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong (including Gong Engage), Clay, 6sense, Conversica, Claude Enterprise and more - and building AI agents and workflows our teams actually use, not just admire. You'll also build the reporting that shows where our processes leak time and pipeline, so every iteration is grounded in data.

This is a hands-on builder role with high visibility across our marketing and commercial leadership - and a real chance to get full value from the tools we already have while shaping what we add next.

What you'll be doing

Embed with our Marketing, Business Development, Account Executive, Account Management, Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to understand how they work and where AI can make the biggest difference
Design, build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows across the GTM lifecycle: account research, signal monitoring, prospecting, lead follow-up, call preparation, deal intelligence, forecasting support, proposals, and renewal and expansion plays
Integrate and automate our GTM stack so data flows cleanly between systems and our teams spend less time on admin
Build the reports and dashboards that surface process gaps and inefficiencies, informing process changes and highlighting where teams need enablement
Run a steady cadence of experiments: test quickly, measure what works, kill what doesn't and scale the winners
Evaluate new GTM AI tools and vendors, run proofs of concept, and make clear build, buy or skip recommendations
Drive adoption of our existing GTM AI and tooling, closing the gap between what we've bought and what we use
Partner with leaders across RevOps, Marketing, Sales and Pre-Sales to prioritise a roadmap of AI use cases and turn their ideas into working systems
Measure and report impact to leadership: hours saved, pipeline influenced, conversion and adoption
Document what you build and hand over what's ready to scale to Sales Enablement and RevOps, so it's rolled out and used well
Keep governance, data quality and security front of mind, including GDPR and data privacy requirements across our European business

What you bring

3+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales or Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering or a similar technical role in B2B SaaS
Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents in production, not just experimenting with prompts
Strong Salesforce knowledge, including data models, APIs, automation and reporting
Working experience with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Gong or 6sense, and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n or Workato
Comfort with APIs, webhooks and scripting in Python, JavaScript or SQL
An experimentation mindset: you launch fast, measure honestly and iterate
The ability to turn a messy business process into a simple, working system with minimal guidance
Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with non-technical stakeholders, from SDRs to senior leaders
Excellent written and spoken English; French or another language is an asset
Bonus: experience selling into or working in manufacturing or the wider industrial technology space

We know great builders come from varied paths. If you don't tick every box but you've shipped AI that people use, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Poka

AI is reshaping how B2B companies go to market, and we want Poka to lead, not follow. You'll have the backing to build, a modern GTM stack to work with, and leaders who want AI embedded in how we work. You'll get the reach of IFS behind you and the pace and ownership of a growth-stage company, with a real chance to define this function from day one.

What we offer:

Scale-up energy with huge backing and a global yet close-knit team.
Generous vacation policy, additional paid days, and charity day.
Hybrid work policy - Employees who live within a 40 km radius of our Québec City office or a 15 km radius of our Montréal office are required to work in-office two days per week.
100% remote work if you do not live within the radiuses mentioned above.
A truly flexible schedule that allows you to adapt your work hours.
Group insurance from day one (dental, medication, disability, travel, etc.) with employer contributions, including access to telemedicine and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
A retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
A MacBook Pro and a $500 home office allowance upon hiring.
A generous annual learning and development budget to support your growth, plus the tools and opportunities you need to keep progressing in your career.
A rewarding employee referral program for successful hires.
Tasty snacks available at all times in our offices (fresh fruits, snacks, pastries, coffee, tea, etc.)

*Certain benefits are exclusively accessible to employees in Canada.

Please note: An understanding of English is essential at Poka, as it is the language used during company-wide meetings and many internal communications, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making. In addition, as Poka operates in an international environment, English is the primary language for communicating with our clients and partners, enabling us to better serve them and represent Poka in a professional manner.
