Conduct research and analysis of clients, projects, competitors, and market conditions to inform capture strategies and pursuit decisions.
Analyze client priorities, procurement strategies, evaluation criteria, and stakeholder environments to support opportunity positioning and qualification.
Identify differentiators, win themes, positioning opportunities, and strategic actions that enhance pursuit competitiveness.
Perform competitor analysis, including capabilities, project experience, teaming relationships, and market positioning, and synthesize findings into actionable insights for pursuit teams.
Prepare briefing documents, opportunity profiles, capture summaries, and decision-support materials for leadership reviews and pursuit governance.
Coordinate capture activities, meetings, reviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment across pursuit teams.
Track capture milestones, action items, deliverables, and follow-up commitments, ensuring actions are completed on schedule.
Maintain capture documentation and support proposal readiness activities by ensuring pursuit information is current, organized, and accessible
