Under the supervision of the Director, Technology Initiative Delivery, and in your role as an End-to-End Process Analyst, you will play a key role in the evolution and optimization of our ways of working. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, identifying key challenges, designing improvement roadmaps, and supporting the implementation of value-creating solutions. By leveraging a structured approach, data-driven insights, and a strong ability to engage stakeholders, you will contribute to enhancing operational performance, supporting digital transformation, and fostering an integrated process vision that serves the organization, its employees, and its clients.
What you will do
- Understand business objectives through interviews with stakeholders.
- Analyze existing documentation.
- Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to document current processes and user journeys.
- Map current end-to-end processes to identify pain points, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Produce process mapping and modeling deliverables in accordance with BPMN standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical Product Owners (POs) to document business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.
- Translate process maps into user journeys to guide the design of future-state processes centered on the Pomerleau employee experience.
- Co-design target processes and user journeys aimed at delivering tangible improvements to the employee experience.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are properly tracked and aligned with technological constraints.
- Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and support the QA team during test execution.
- Lead UAT sessions with end users to validate proposed solutions.
- Define performance indicators and measure the benefits of proposed improvements.
- Collaborate with business, operational, and technology teams on transformation initiatives to rethink not only existing processes but also operating models.
- Validate processes with subject matter experts before system configuration to reduce customization requests.
- Contribute to the evolution of process governance frameworks in support of continuous improvement. Document validation steps and decision logs to facilitate governance and audit requirements.
- Promote process standardization through a standards-driven approach and document any exceptions.
This role could be for you if you have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in process analysis, business analysis, continuous improvement, and/or digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN standards, Lean philosophy, and Lean Six Sigma analytical methodologies.
- Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead cross-functional workshops.
- Knowledge of digital platforms that support enterprise processes, such as ERP, HCM, and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and influencing skills.
Candidates will be considered an even stronger fit if they possess the following assets:
Strong understanding of system and enterprise software implementation processes.
- Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and value chain mapping.
- Knowledge of Service Design and user journey mapping.
- Direct experience with HR, Finance, and/or Supply Chain business processes.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Power BI and Databricks.
- Experience applying methodologies that align business strategy, business capabilities, customer journeys, and end-to-end processes.
