Boots on the ground is your thing, getting active out on the job sites to conduct regular site inspections.
Lead the incident investigation processes for your project. Dissecting high-risk elements is what you do best, sharing the information with your Regional H&S Manager.
Prevention isn't just a program; it’s your way of life. You are the specialist when it comes to building an environment with a strong accident prevention foresight.
Be the first responder when an emergency strikes, orchestrating safety best practices when the unexpected strikes.
Share your passion for training, mentoring, and coaching your team on H&S best practices.
You compile statistics like no other, identifying patterns and paving the way for proactive improvements.
You will support with the upkeep of Pomerleau’s COR Standards in meticulously ensuring all COR elements are met and maintained on your job sites.
