Reporting to the Insurance and Bonding Advisor, the incumbent will be responsible for collecting, processing, and maintaining information related to project and corporate insurance.

What you will do

Process insurance certificate requests and verify their compliance.
Review invoices, coordinate their submission to Accounts Payable, and follow up through to payment.
Enter, update, and monitor data in internal systems.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of relevant data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
Manage shared email inboxes by:
Assigning requests to team members;
Following up as required;
Filing and organizing completed emails.
Monitor specialized insurance files, including environmental and professional liability insurance.
Prepare insurance clauses for subcontract agreements in compliance with contractual requirements and project-specific insurance needs.
Support the administrative management of bonding files and related activities, including:
Preparing requests for newly awarded contracts;
Coordinating with brokers to obtain required documentation and following up on bonding files;
Collecting and organizing bonding data (issuances, commissions, document filing, register updates, etc.).
Perform any other related administrative or operational duties required to support the team.

This role could be for you if you have

A Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Insurance and Financial Services, Administrative Techniques, an AEC in Property and Casualty Insurance, or another relevant field of study.
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of the construction and/or insurance industry (an asset).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy, efficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to regular interactions with employees, vendors, consultants, and partners located outside Quebec.
