Ready to build your career? We want to hear from you.

As a Project Coordinator working in our Major Projects team at Pomerleau Construction, you manage several activities and deadlines to gain a clearer picture of client, team and project needs. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will play a crucial role in the successful management of stakeholder communications, ensuring resource availability, and overseeing various administrative tasks.

As a key partner on this project, Pomerleau is helping deliver innovative infrastructure through a collaborative Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model alongside industry-leading organizations. Together, the team is designing and building the facilities that will support one of the most advanced radar systems in North America.

  • Review, collect, and analyze project quotations to help secure the most competitive pricing available.
  • Prepare, compile, and maintain company-wide project reports for assigned projects.
  • Promote and support project-specific safety standards while championing Pomerleau's HS&E programs, applicable occupational health and safety legislation, regulations, and codes on site.

This Role Could Be for You If You Have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • A university degree or technology diploma in Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination and collaborative teamwork.
