Reporting to the Business Analyst, the incumbent contributes to the continuous improvement of the organization’s administrative processes. They participate in process optimization projects, conduct functional system testing, and analyze operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts on various projects and assignments involving the analysis, documentation, and optimization of administrative processes.
- Assist with documenting current and future-state processes, including procedures, workflows, user guides, and other required deliverables.
- Perform and document testing related to system updates, patches, and new functionalities.
- Participate in the preparation of reports, performance indicators, and various analyses.
- Support users during the implementation of new processes or tools by providing administrative and operational assistance.
- Perform any other related duties within the scope of the position’s area of expertise
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- A college-level AEC (Attestation of College Studies) or DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Accounting, Office Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or other relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong proficiency and comfort working with various software applications.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.
- Demonstrated efficiency, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities.
- Strong listening skills and a respectful approach.
- Good adaptability and ability to adjust to changing priorities and environments
