  • Prepares and sets up banquet spaces according to specified plans, including table arrangements, decorations, table linens, table settings, etc.
  • Serves food and beverages to guests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
  • Assists in the assembly and breakdown of all banquet displays and decorations.
  • Clears tables and cleans banquet areas after events, ensuring spaces are ready for future use.
  • Adheres to all regulations governing the service of food and alcohol.

Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities Required

  • Tech savvy.
  • Serving it Right (SIR) certification is an asset but not required.

Working Conditions

This position may work dayshift, afternoon, or evening shift any day of the week or weekend with long days to meet periodic upturns in business demands or meet deadlines. This position is set in a fast-paced and, at times, high-pressure environment that requires continuous physical movement, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and the ability to manage multiple sequences and demands. There may be periods of independent work and changes in temperature from the back to the front of the house.
