Provides direct reports with the resources, direction, coaching, and feedback required for their continuous development.
Maintains high standards of guest service by monitoring staff, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Welcomes guests entering the restaurant in a prompt and courteous manner.
Develops excellent product knowledge about the menu and feature items and can answer any inquiry.
Ensures responsible service of both food and alcohol. Follows all local and provincial health & safety, food handling, alcohol service and video lottery terminal laws.

Experience/Passions/Education

6 months of hands-on experience in a serving position.

Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
ProServe certification is required.

Working Conditions

This position may work dayshift, afternoon, or evening shift any day of the week or weekend with long days to meet periodic upturns in business demands or meet deadlines. This position is set in a fast-paced and, at times, high-pressure environment that requires continuous physical movement, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and the ability to manage multiple sequences and demands. There may be periods of independent work and changes in temperature from the back to the front of the house.
