Ensure Front Desk operating procedures and service standards are consistently followed.

Coach and Support the Team

Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to Concierge team members during assigned shifts.
Coach employees through real-time feedback, training, and recognition.
Assist with onboarding and training new Concierge team members.
Promote a positive team environment focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Reinforce Yora Nordic Spa Kananaskis brand promises of being Simple, Inclusive, Natural, and Social.
Provide performance feedback and recommendations to the Front Desk Manager as appropriate.

Support Business Performance

Support retail sales, memberships, upgrades, and promotional initiatives through authentic guest conversations.
Ensure efficient labour deployment and productivity throughout each shift.
Monitor daily operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support departmental revenue and financial objectives through accurate transactions and strong daily execution.
