Junior Solutions Engineer

Toronto or Waterloo, hybrid | Full-time | Reports to the Solutions Lead

You are the technical bridge between our biggest customers and the product they rely on.

The company

We went from a lab in Waterloo to 24 countries in five years. Our sensors detect falls and track sleep, health and wellness, with no cameras, wearables or pendants. Families get peace of mind. Older adults keep their independence. Our CTO, Dr. Yihong Qi, holds 680 patents, and the next few hundred get built here.

Why now

We are scaling. One of the largest deals in our history is in delivery, and more agencies and partners are coming on board every month. The team is doubling over the next year and a half. Our biggest customers need a technical partner who can get them live and keep them there.

The role

You work alongside our Solutions Lead on key accounts and our largest deals. You get agencies onto our technology, run integrations with their systems, and stay close to the customer through the life of the account. You bring what you learn back to the product team so the next deployment is easier than the last. You report to the Solutions Lead.

What you'll own

Technical onboarding. Agencies and partners get set up on our platform, trained and live, with their first sensors in homes
Integrations. Connecting our platform to customer systems, and making the connection stick
Key accounts. Day-to-day technical coordination with our largest customers, and support on the deals that grow them
Deployment know-how. Guides, checklists and answers, so the next rollout goes faster than the last
Product feedback. What customers need goes back to product and engineering, with the detail they need to act on it

What year one looks like

Our largest accounts are live, integrated and stable
New agencies go from signed to live faster, and the process is written down
Customers know who to call, and it gets fixed
Product has a clear list of what customers actually run into in the field

Responsibilities

You will act as the technical bridge between customers and the product by managing technical onboarding, system integrations, and ongoing support for key accounts. Additionally, you will gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and create documentation to streamline future deployments.
