Review engineering drawings, specifications, studies, estimates, tender documents and contractor deliverables.
Assess navigation channels, vessel accommodation, under-keel clearance, mooring systems, berth loading and related operational requirements.
Support inspections, condition assessments and lifecycle planning for Port-owned marine assets.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, regulators, terminal operators and other stakeholders while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Seven to ten years of progressive engineering experience, preferably involving marine or port infrastructure, dredging, coastal works, heavy civil infrastructure or major capital projects.
Demonstrated experience with project delivery, procurement, construction, contract administration, consultant management and contractor oversight.
Strong technical judgment, project management, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Registration as a Professional Engineer, or eligibility for registration, with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick.
