Apply automated testing and TDD practices, particularly RSpec.
Participate in architecture decisions and contribute to platform scalability and reliability.
Conduct and participate in code reviews.
Identify technical debt, performance issues, and opportunities for refactoring.
Support application deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production reliability.

Proven experience building and supporting production SaaS or web applications.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
Strong SQL and database engineering experience, particularly with MySQL.
Professional experience with Angular and TypeScript or comparable modern frontend development.
Strong experience with automated testing and TDD/RSpec.
Experience working with scalable, cloud-based production systems.
Strong understanding of software architecture, performance, and application scalability.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in a growing organization.
Willingness and ability to relocate to Vancouver, Canada.
