Design and coordinate leadership development programs that build problem-solving and continuous improvement capability, including Go See Think Do, 8-Step Problem Solving, and 5S.

Partner with central L&D and Human Resources to identify learning needs, strengthen onboarding, and create engaging content that supports retention.

Collaborate with Continuous Improvement and Operations to align training priorities with operational performance needs.

Build and manage the annual training calendar, coordinate logistics, and lead program rollouts across the site.

Administer SumTotal and the Redzone Learning Module; maintain training records, track metrics, provide leadership reporting, and support audits.

Update learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate and use training data to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.

Lead cross-functional teams and steering committees that close skill gaps, advance Standard Work, and support continuous improvement.

Contribute to the Post learning and development community of practice and stay current on emerging L&D approaches.
