Location DescriptionPost Consumer Brands in Niagara Falls, Ontario is home to the Original Shredded Wheat cereal, first produced at this plant 117 years ago. Today, more than 150 team members work at the plant and support the local food bank and other community organizations. ResponsibilitiesAre you ready to champion a culture of growth and learning at our manufacturing site in Niagara Falls, ON? Join us as a Learning & Development (L&D) Business Partner and help drive employee success by designing, delivering, and managing impactful skill-based training programs for our team.
As the site-level L&D lead, you’ll partner with leaders and employees to build a strong learning culture, manage training initiatives, and leverage technology to support ongoing development. Your expertise will ensure our workforce is skilled, engaged, and ready to meet business challenges
What You’ll Do
Build and coordinate leadership development programs that build problem-solving tools and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Go See Think Do, 8-Step Problem Solving, 5S).
QualificationsRequired
Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience with Redzone manufacturing software, e-learning tools and on-the-plant floor training, coaching, and performance consulting
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Go See Think Do, 5S, 8-Step Problem Solving)

The pay range for this position is $72,498 - $101,497 per year.
